2. Wine Club Membership

By joining our Wine Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• You authorize Benson Vineyards Estate Winery to charge your credit card for the agreed-upon Wine Club purchases as specified during the registration process.
• You understand and accept that your payment information will be securely stored in our point of sale system for future transactions related to your Wine Club membership. This information will be handled with the utmost care and in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. Payment and Billing

• When you sign up for a Wine Club membership, you agree to make payment for each wine shipment or club purchase when due.
• All prices and charges will be provided during the checkout process, and your credit card will be charged accordingly for each scheduled delivery or purchase.

4. Cancellation

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We will ship your wine selections to the address provided during registration. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping details. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.
• Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. Delivery is subject to availability and any unforeseen shipping delays. At this time, we are only delivering wine to the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Montana, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Washington State, and Washington, D.C.

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your payment details and personal data will be stored securely and will only be used for processing payments, delivering your orders, and providing you with information about your membership.
